Breast Cancer Awareness Month 2010
This year we gave our players the opportunity to nominate their own charities that support breast cancer awareness. We then held special Pink Ribbon ticket games throughout October and all proceeds were divided between the five chosen charities: Macmillan Cancer Support, Walk the Walk, Breast Cancer Care, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Cancer Research UK.
With the help of our dedicated players we were able to donate a total of £3,530.60.
Breast Cancer Care
For two years running, in 2008 and 2009 we promoted games to raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Care. Through new player cash-match donations and special Pink Ribbon games we managed to raise a massive £41,000 in total for Breast Cancer Care. It was only through your amazing support by taking part in the special games that we managed to make such a great donation - thank you to all our players.
