What is a private bingo room?
From time to time you'll see a room named “Champagne Lounge” "Star Room" or Celebration Club" in the Bingo Lobby that you are unable to access. These rooms are William Hill's VIP/private bingo room. To gain access you have to be a lucky invitee and the invitation is at the discretion of the William Hill Bingo Manager. If you are one of the lucky selected few, you will be notified by an email containing access details to the private rooms. The invitation will highlight the time and date of the event and give details about the bingo games that have been chosen for your enjoyment.

Private room bingo rules
1) The Private/VIP rooms will only be visible in the lobby when the room is open. Only those players who have been invited to play in the room will be able to enter the room.
2) Those players who are not eligible to play in the room will see the room greyed out in the lobby and access will be denied.
3) In some special games, where players have pre-qualified for entry into the Private Room, the bingo game tickets will play out automatically, even if the player doesn't enter the room on the stated time and date of the promotion. Players will be able to view the results of the draw in their bet history.
4) In the event of a technical failure resulting in an advertised game/promotion not being played, then the said game/promotion will be rescheduled.
5) Only the Progressive Bingo Jackpot is available in the Private Rooms. However, you will not be eligible to win the said progressive jackpots on a free game. Normal jackpot rules will apply.
