• If you are lucky enough to win the Money Mountain jackpot the Chat Moderator will confirm your win. Please be aware that William Hill will need to verify your account before any payment is made. Please allow 72 hours for winnings to be credited to your account.
• Should you have any queries about your Jackpot win then please send an email to bingoclaims@williamhill.co.uk, stating the following information:
  • your bingo Chat Name
  • the date and time of the game you won house in less than 29 balls
  • the Game ID of the bingo game (if known – this is available from your Bet History)
• You are only eligible to win the above jackpots if you have purchased a bingo ticket. Therefore, in free games and games for which you were awarded free tickets, you are not eligible to win the fixed or progressive jackpots.
• In the event of more than one winner on the Jackpot, then prizes will be split equally amongst all validated winners.
• Half the total jackpot prize fund is awarded to the full house winner(s) and half the total jackpot prize is shared between players who have tickets to the winning game.
• The Money Mountain Jackpot will not be reset until the winning ticket(s) is validated.
• If won, as soon as the claim has been validated, the Money Mountain Jackpot amount will reset to £5,000.
• Please note that the Money Mountain Jackpot may be open to players outside the William Hill network.
