There is always a fixed £250 prize available to win in the 75 ball Diamond Room. All you have to do is get full house in 46 balls* or less.

• If you are lucky enough to win the Little Gem jackpot the Chat Moderator will confirm your win. Please be aware that William Hill will need to verify your account before any payment is made. Please allow 72 hours for winnings to be credited to your account.
• Any Fixed jackpot wins will be credited to your account automatically.
• Should you have any queries about your Jackpot win then please send an email to bingo@willhill.com, stating the following information:
  • your bingo Chat Name
  • the date and time of the game you won
  • the Game ID of the bingo game (if known – this is available from your Bet History)
• Remember you can't win both jackpots, if you call a house in 42 balls or less you are not eligible for the fixed jackpot prize.
• You are only eligible to win the above jackpots if you have purchased a ticket. Therefore, in free games and games for which you were awarded free tickets, you are not eligible to win the fixed or progressive jackpots.
• In the event of more than one winner on the Jackpot, then prizes will be split equally amongst all validated winners.
• The High Roller and Jewel Jackpots will not be reset until the winning ticket(s) is validated.
• If won, as soon as the claim has been validated, the Highroller Jackpot amount will reset to £5,000 and the Jewel Jackpot will reset to £2,500
• Please note that Little Gem Jackpot may be open to players outside the William Hill network.
