• Any Super Joker Jackpot wins will be credited to you account automatically.
• Should you have any queries about your Jackpot win then please send an email to bingoclaims@williamhill.co.uk, stating the following information:
  • your bingo Chat Name
  • the date and time of the game you won house in 16 cards or less
  • the Game ID (if known – this is available from your Bet History)
• Remember you can't win both jackpots, if you call a house in 16 cards or less and the last card called is a Joker you are not eligible for the Joker Jackpot.
• You are only eligible to win the above jackpots if you have purchased a hand. Therefore, in free games and games for which you were awarded free hands, you are not eligible to win the fixed or progressive jackpots.
• In the event of more than one winner on the Jackpot, then prizes will be split equally amongst all validated winners.
• The Super Joker Jackpot will not be reset until the winning ticket(s) is validated.
• If won, as soon as the claim has been validated, the Super Joker Jackpot amount will reset to £10,000.
• Please note that the Super Joker Jackpot may be open to players outside the William Hill network.
• William Hill reserves the right to remove this jackpot once it has been won.
• In the event of an unforeseen elimination or termination of a progressive jackpot, our policy is to return 100% of the contributions for the jackpot back to the players who have made such contributions. Details of all player stakes from the commencement of the jackpot to the termination date can be retrieved from the database.
