Private Rooms
We have a huge number of bingo rooms open throughout the day where you can meet up with your buddies.
Look out for private room invites, to which only you and an exclusive number of players have been invited.
We’ll send you the invite by email or inbox message with details of the room name, date and time, the games you’ll be able to play and prize money on offer.
The room opens 10 minutes before the games begin so make sure you’re in nice and early.

Say hello when you enter the room by typing in the blank section at the bottom of the chat screen and press Send.

Next to the chat tab in the bingo software is My Profile.
Here you can input details about yourself and upload photos for other roomies to see. Make friends in the bingo rooms and add them to the Buddies list so you can see when your friends are online, as well as send and receive personal messages.
Bonus Money
Bingo Bonus money can only be used for buying bingo tickets, and Games Bonus money can only be used on certain slots and scratchcards.
Your account could be credited with bonus money if you win on free games, receive a bonus code/offer or when you redeem Bingo Club loyalty points.
When you’re in the the bingo games you’ll see both your Bingo Bonus and Games Bonus balances.
Bingo Club
William Hill Bingo rewards players with loyalty points in the Bingo Club. You can earn points every time you buy bingo tickets and play slots and scratchcards.
The more points you earn the higher up the levels you go, and the higher the level you are on the better the exchange rate is for your points.
Your points can be exchanged for Bingo Bonus or Games Bonus money. It’s easy to see which level you are on and how many points you have. Full details are on the Bingo Club promotion pages.
Jackpots
We’ve got big jackpot prizes to win in both bingo rooms and on slots games.
Some bingo jackpots are a fixed prize and others are progressive, which means the prize increases every day until it’s won. When you’re in a bingo room check the top of the screen, where it will show you which jackpot is being played for and what the prize is.
Lots of our slots have progressive prizes too; the prize amount will be shown in the slot screen. Look out as those prizes increase; many of them go above and beyond £1,000,000!
