The Promotional Period for the "William Hill Bingo Win A Car A Day" promotion is valid between 00:00:01 hrs (UK) on the 30^th September 2011 until 23:59:59 (UK) on the 30^th October 2011 (the "Promotional Period")
Players will receive points based on their levels of activity at bingo.williamhill.com and in accordance with the below information entitling them to entries to a random draw to win a car:
- 1 point will be allocated for every £1 cash spent on Bingo Tickets
- 1 point will be allocated for every £5 cash spent on Bingo Scratch games
- 1 point will be allocated for every £10 cash spent on Bingo Slot games
- Star/Numbers/Casino Games played at bingo.williamhill.com will not qualify for entry to this Promotion
Entries to the prize draw will then be allocated on the following basis:
- On accruing a total of 3-4 points a player will receive one (1) entry to the Promotion
- Once a player has accrued a total of 5-9 points they will receive one (3) additional entry to the Promotion
- Once a player has accrued a total of 10+ points they will receive three (5) additional entries to the Promotion
- Maximum number of entries that can be earned through this allocation is 5 per day.
Once a player has accrued 10 points they then will be entered into a Leader board each day where additional entries to the Promotion will be allocated on the following basis based on the final amount of points which the player has accrued:

The maximum entries to the Promotion which any player may receive via the leaderboard is 105 in any one (1) day
The Leader board will be updated on a regular basis and will include the player's personal information in relation to the Leaderboard standingincluding how many points they have received during the course of that day, their current position on the Leaderboard and how many entries they have received to the Promotion which will be drawn the following day. Any additional prize draw entries to be allocated will be added to each player's allocation at the end of each calendar day depending on their final position in the Leader board.
The Leaderboard is a technical representation of an individual's entry to the Promotion. In the event that the Leaderboard is unable to be displayed for any reason, points and allocation of entries will still occur and the prize draw will still take place based on customer activity and in accordance with the below criteria.
Calculation is based on the total cash stakes in each calendar day for each type of game held within bingo.williamhill.com and one point will then be allocated to each qualifying player, in accordance with the above criteria. In order to qualify for entry, players must spend a minimum of either £1 in Bingo OR £5 in Bingo Scratch card games OR £10 in Bingo Slot games. In the event the minimum spend is not accrued in either category of game on each calendar day then points will not be awarded.

If a player calls on a bingo ticket where the final number marked off is '61' on 1 line, 2 lines, 3 lines, 4 lines, full house, pattern then that player will be allocated 2 entries to the Promotional prize draw. All rooms at bingo.williamhill.com will qualify for this promotion with the exception of Joker Jackpot Room. Entries won through the '61' call option will be valid for tickets purchased using 'real' cash, bonus funds and free games.
The following wins will NOT qualify the player for entry through the '61' free entry promotion: Last Chance Saloon feature win, Time for a Treat feature Win, 1TG feature win, 2TG feature win, 'Lucky Numbers' feature game, any win as part of a community jackpot unless the player won on the actual bingo ticket.
A random draw will take place the following day and the first entry drawn will be classed as the winner (subject to all other criteria being met). William Hill will then advise the winning individual accordingly.
Bingo tickets purchased prior to the Promotional Period will not qualify for entry to the Promotion regardless of when the tickets are played.
Tickets bought during the Promotional Period, but that are not played within the Promotional Period, will count for entry to the Promotion for the day which they are purchased.
Each day a winning player will be selected, based on the above criteria, and a Fiat 500/Fiat Panda allocated to that winning player. Winners will be notified by email/telephone/inbox message within 48 hours of the close of each day's draw. In the event that we are unable to contact the selected prize winner within 10 days of the winner being notified, William Hill reserves the right to redraw the prize and allocate the prize to another individual. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact any winners within the 10 day period referred to.
The prizes for the Promotion are:
- A total of 31 cars which will be given away on a basis of one car per day to any applicable winning customer of William Hill throughout the Promotional Period.
- Winning prizes will be either a Fiat 500 or Fiat Panda
  - 'Fiat 500 1.2 Pop' (in white) – 2 cars to be allocated as prizes on 16^th October 2011 and 31^st October 2011
  - 'Fiat Panda 1.2 Active' (20 in white, 9 in Mambo Yellow) – 29 cars to be allocated by William Hill on a random basis.
- No cash alternative available.
A Fiat 500 will be issued as the prize on 16^th October 2011 and 31^st October 2011 based on the previous day's play and in accordance with the above criteria.
The Promotion is only available to players residing and registering the prize within the UK Mainland (which for clarity is England, Scotland and Wales and DOES NOT include Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands or Isle of Man).
Winning players will be required to take part in agreed levels of publicity including, but not limited to, publishing of photographs, personal details and statements through the www.williamhill.com, local media interviews and other website promotional activity where appropriate.
Winning players will be required to collect their prize from a location agreed with William Hill (such as William Hill Licensed Betting Office or approved Fiat dealership). Arrangements for transportation to the collection point will be the responsibility of the winning player.
Upon collection of the prize, the winning player will be required to verify their identity through the provision of official identification (such as passport, national ID card or driving licence, all of which must be current and valid) and also to demonstrate that they have suitable arrangements in place to take delivery of the car (including appropriate driving licence - which must not be suspended - and insurance).
Winning players will be required to organise their own insurance in order to drive the car on a public road along with a suitable driving licence. William Hill will not be liable in the event that the prize is organised and delivered, but suitable insurance/documentation is not obtained by the prize winner and no refund/cash alternative will be made available.
William Hill, at the request of a winning player, at its discretion and subject to standard terms and conditions of the insurance, may arrange a period of seven (7) days' car insurance for the winning player. In such case, insurance will be provided by Aviva Driveaway Car Insurance, which are summarised below:
- Driveaway is subject to the standard Aviva car insurance terms and conditions which you are available through the Aviva website www.aviva.co.uk/driveaway
- If you and/or your car do not qualify for cover according to our usual car insurance underwriting criteria, your request for Driveaway cover will be declined.
- Driveaway cover is not available to drivers under the age of 21.
- Only one Driveaway insurance policy is permitted per customer per vehicle registration number
- You are a resident of Great Britain (for the avoidance of doubt, not including N Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and you are the registered owner of the vehicle and the main driver of the car to be Insured
- Your car is registered and kept in Great Britain (not including N Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
- You and your drivers are aged 21 and over and have advised the DVLA of any notifiable illness or disability and they have agreed to the issue of a license
- No driver has had more than 5 losses or claims in the last 4 years.
- You or your drivers do not have more than 6 motoring convictions (including fixed penalties) in the last 5 years, or been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years
- No driver has had any criminal convictions, been previously refused insurance or had a policy cancelled.
- No driver of the vehicle will require business use in relation to a driving occupation e.g. taxi driver, courier, motor trader etc
- No driver of the vehicle is a professional sports person, actor, actress, model, circus/fairground worker or anyone connected with the entertainment industry
Prize winners may make alternative arrangements for another individual to drive the car from the agreed location in the event that they do not have the necessary documentation and/or permission to drive a car on a public road; however this alternate individual must have the relevant documentation and permission to drive a motor vehicle on a public road. For guidance as to whether the prize winner (or any other individual) may be eligible to operate a motor vehicle on a public road please refer to www.dft.gov.uk/dvla
By entering this Promotion all players agree that they are legally able to operate a vehicle on a public road and release William Hill of any liability in the event that they are legally not permitted to own or operate a motor vehicle. For guidance as to whether players may be eligible to operate a motor vehicle on a public road please refer to www.dft.gov.uk/dvla.
Once delivery of the Prize has been completed by Us, You agree to accept full responsibility of the vehicle and release William Hill of all liability or responsibility in respect to it.
The Promotion is not available to any employee of the William Hill Group or their direct family members, or any employees of any business associated with the provision of Bingo and its support services connected with William Hill, or their direct family.
Players will be allowed multiple entries to the Promotion. The identity of a player will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: account number, username, name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card number, registered payment method, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. However players with multiple accounts attempting to enter the Promotion may result in any/all accounts being closed, any winnings deemed forfeited and being removed from this Promotion.

Prizes are transferable to any other individual of the winner's choosing without prior consent from William Hill, however this may only be completed after the prize has been delivered to the prize winner and all publicity activities required by William Hill have been completed.
William Hill reserves the right to exclude, or otherwise remove players, from participation in the Promotion if the circumstances warrant such exclusion in the sole opinion of William Hill.
William Hill reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that the player is participating in strategies that William Hill in its sole discretion deems to be cheating or abusing the rules of the game, William Hill reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a player to the Promotion.
Furthermore, if upon such review the player's practices have been deemed by Us to be Promotion Abuse William Hill has the right to take the following actions, as its sole discretion, against such abusers:
- All winnings on any account/s opened will be null and void and all cash-ins will be cancelled where play has been deemed abusive.
- Abusing player accounts may be terminated immediately.

In order to qualify for a winning prize the player's account must be 'active' and not be closed or otherwise suspended by William Hill.

William Hill reserves the right to cancel this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions without liability and without notice, and it is the responsibility of the player to periodically check for any such updates or cancellations.
William Hill and/or its authorised agent shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of the Promotion.
In the event of any decision or dispute regarding the validity of any entry, the eligibility of any entrant and the eligibility for the Promotion, the decision of William Hill will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
