We've now opened the Arrival's Lounge; an exclusive private room for new players. The Arrival's Lounge will give new players access to one week of free bingo games and a total prize fund of over £1,500!

With a limited number of players, newbies will be able to get a real feel for the bingo fun available at William Hill Bingo and we hope you get lucky enough to win a share of that huge prize fund!

Soon after receiving your £25 New Player Bonus we will send you an e-mail invitation to the Arrival's Lounge. The room will open for qualifying new players every Friday for 7 days between the hours of 10am - 11am, 4pm - 5pm and 7pm - 8pm every day. Each game has a £7 bingo bonus prize fund with the final game, at the top of the hour, going out with a bang and a £10 bingo bonus prize fund.

When the Arrival's Lounge room is open you'll see the room icon in the bingo lobby:

Winnings will be paid into the lucky winners' bingo bonus accounts, which can be spent in an of our fabulous bingo rooms.

Please note:

If you receive the New Player Bonus on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday you will gain access to the Arrival's Lounge on the Friday of that week.

If you receive the New Player Bonus on a Thursday or Friday you will gain access to the Arrival's Lounge on the Friday of the following week.

Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion only applies to William Hill Bingo
2. A person must be a minimum of 18 years to participate.
3. Players must qualify for entry to the Arrival's Lounge by spending £10 cash on bingo tickets within 7 days of visiting the bingo software for the first time and receiving the £25 New Player Bonus.
4. The promotion starts on 1st March 2011 and will include qualifying players from 24th February 2011.
5. Qualifying players will receive an e-mail invitation to join the room on a Thursday; one day prior to the Arrival's Lounge opening.
6. The Arrival's Lounge will be open to qualifying players from Friday to Thursday between 10.00 - 11.00, 16.00 - 17.00 and 19.00 - 20.00. All times are UK times.
7. Each game in the Arrival's Lounge will have a £7 bingo bonus prize fund, except for the final game at the top of the hour which will have a £10 bingo bonus prize fund.
8. Prizes will be paid automatically into the winner's bingo bonus account.
9. Bingo bonus money can only be spent on bingo tickets and cannot be withdrawn.
10. Bingo bonus money will be spent in strict order of issuing and any unused bingo bonus funds will expire after 7 days of crediting.
11. In the event of technical issues causing a game to fail to reach a result, the game will be declared void and all stakes will be refunded.  The game may be rescheduled at William Hill's discretion.
12. William Hill reserves the right to refuse any offer to any customer for any reason, or to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
